Covid-19 Policy

Covid-19 Policy
Good news! Since 19th July 2021, covid-19 restrictions in England have been eased. This means we are able to run our parties as normal.
The safety of the children at our kids' parties is paramount, to give you peace of mind, so we have our 'safe partying measures' in place for our children’s parties:

-
Our entertainers frequently wash/sanitise their hands (before, during and after the party)
-
Our equipment and props, plus surfaces we use at the party, are cleaned thoroughly, with attention to touch points
-
We follow the latest government COVID guidelines
-
All of our children's parties and events are COVID-19 risk assessed in line with government guidelines
-
If an entertainer develops virus symptoms, they will self-isolate. We will endeavour to replace your entertainer for you (subject to availability)
-
Our entertainers do not wear masks, however, if you would like them to, please ask when booking your party
-
For indoor parties, we would request windows and/or doors to be open to allow a constant flow of air
-
The party organiser (you), not the entertainer, will be responsible for ensuring contact details of party guests are collected and held to meet NHS Test & Trace guidelines
-
Children and/or their parents are not to attend events or activities if they are feeling unwell or have Coronavirus symptoms.
-
Any confirmed case of COVID-19 among your parties guests within 10 days of the party date must be reported to us immediately.
In the case of a local/nationwide lock down, there are 3 options that we offer:
-
You can cancel your booking, however, we will return your deposit;
-
You are able to postpone the party, to be held on an alternative date (subject to availability);
-
You can have a 20-minute Virtual Party (using Zoom) and invite all of your original guests to join at no additional charge on top of your booking deposit.

'Endeavouring to keep these groups at least partially separate and minimising contacts between children will still offer public health benefits as it reduces the network of possible direct transmission.'

We are continuing to monitor updates and will adapt our service in accordance with government guidelines.
If you’d still like to bring some magic to your event but don’t wish to do so in person, please check out our Virtual Party Packages.
