Meet the team behind the magic
At Just 4 Kids, we believe the people leading a class matter just as much as what happens in it.
Our friendly team creates a fun, encouraging environment where children can be themselves, try new things, make friends and grow in confidence — with plenty of laughter along the way.

Our J4K story 💛
Before J4K began, Vicky worked as a performing arts teacher alongside Jen and her husband Tom, who ran Stagecoach Penzance until 2017. Then in 2023, with Jen's support, Vicky decided to create a performing arts school of her own — and Just 4 Kids Performing Arts was born!
Starting with just two classes and 14 children, J4K has grown to seven weekly classes and over 100 children across Truro, Falmouth and Grampound.
Our aim has always stayed the same: to give children somewhere they can have fun, feel accepted, make friends and grow in confidence — without the pressure to be perfect.

FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL & TEACHER
Hi, I'm Vicky
I’m the founder and Principal of Just 4 Kids Performing Arts, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working with children through teaching, performing arts and children’s entertainment.
My love of performing started with singing, dancing and acting, and over the years I've been lucky enough to turn that passion into a career — from running children's entertainment in the UK and Los Angeles to teaching performing arts and working as a primary school teacher.
I created J4K because I wanted children to have somewhere they could have fun, feel accepted, express themselves and grow in confidence, without feeling they have to be perfect.
One of my favourite things is watching a child arrive feeling unsure and then, week by week, seeing them start putting their hand up, making friends, trying something new and feeling proud of themselves.
That's what J4K is really about.
Fun fact 🎬I have played Princess Belle in Beauty and the Beast twice.
TRURO CLASS ASSISTANT/SOCIAL MEDIA
Hi, I'm Jen
I help support our classes as well as working behind the scenes with administration and social media.
I've loved theatre from a young age and went on to train in Stage Management at the Guildford School of Acting.
I've worked with some brilliant theatre companies and venues, including Kneehigh Theatre and the Minack Theatre, and previously ran a Stagecoach school with my husband, where I first met Vicky who worked as one of our performing arts teachers.
I absolutely enjoy art and get to make the props for our class shows each term. It's great to see them being brought to life on the stage by the children.
I love being part of J4K and helping to create a positive, supportive environment where children can have fun, grow in confidence and enjoy being themselves.
Fun fact 🎬I had a walk-on role in Doc Martin!
