So… what actually happens in a J4K class?
Quite a lot, actually! Every week is different, but you can expect plenty of creativity, movement, laughter and opportunities to have a go.
Drama & Acting
Characters, scenes, scripts, projection, improvisation and lots of theatre games.
Singing
Musical theatre songs, group singing and opportunities to develop performance confidence.
Dance & Movement
Fun choreography and creative movement tailored to the age of the group.
Creativity
Using imagination, making choices and bringing characters, stories and ideas to life.
Teamwork
Working together, supporting one another and having fun as part of a group.
Performance
Learning songs, dances and scenes and working together towards an end-of-term show.

Children don't need to arrive knowing how to sing, dance or act. They just need to come along and give it a go.
