Let your child and their friends step into the spotlight with our Pop Star Party, an unforgettable experience filled with music, dance, glitz and glamour!
🎶 Hosted by two fabulous Pop Star Trainers – a professional singer and a trained dancer, this party is perfect for kids who love music, movement and the spotlight. Due to the reading of lyrics and the routines taught, we recommend this for ages 7 and over. However, we can adapt our other packages to have a more pop star theme for youngeer children.

Gentle, joyful fun designed just for little ones! Designed with your tiniest party guests in mind, our Mini Party Package is filled with age-appropriate entertainment that sparks imagination and encourages gentle interaction. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Confirmation Deposit
Once we have replied to your enquiry and created a provisional booking with you, we require a non-refundable deposit, which will be part of the total cost, to confirm the booking. The amount to pay and how to send this will be discussed during the booking process.
We can accept the deposit by either Internet Banking or PayPal.
Party Confirmation
Once we receive your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your booking. We will also contact you 3 days before the party to confirm the final details. The remaining balance is then paid 48 hours before the day by Bank Transfer or Paypal.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Travel Costs
Depending on the location of your party in relation to the entertainer, you may incur a charge for travel expenses. This will be discussed with you during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
We realise that under certain circumstances out of your control, you may have to cancel your party. If this does occur, we do require a 72 hour cancellation notice before your event, or unfortunately 50% of the remaining cost of the party must be paid. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, the full balance must be paid. We understand that there may be circumstances our of your control, such as sickness, so are therefore are happy to postpone the party to a different date within 2 months of the original date, subject to a member of our team being available. This must be arranged with Vicky on the date that you cancel the booking. Please note: Your non-refundable deposit will not be returned in the event of you cancelling a booking. However, if we have to cancel (for reasons out of our control), we will give you a full refund of all money paid so far.
Party Policy
During the party, there will always be a host to entertain the children. We only provide the entertainment and cannot be responsible for supervising the children. We always ask that one adult for every 8 children remains at the party, both for health and safety, and to assist with toilet breaks etc.


Frequently Asked Questions
*Do you have a maximum number of children that can be invited?
Although we don't have a maximum number of children, we recommend limiting the numbers to 26 to allow our experienced entertainers to interact more effectively with each child, ensuring a more engaging experience. By keeping the numbers manageable, it helps to maintain a calmer environment, enhacing the overall enjoyment of the event.
*How long before the party starts do the character hosts arrive and will they be in costume?
For our 1 hour packages, we aim to arrive 5-10minutes early. For our 1.5-2 hour packages, we arrive 10-20 minutes before, depending how much needs to be set up. All of our performers will arrive in character to ensure we create the magical experience for your child from the moment they meet them.
*Can I take photos throughout the party?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take lots of photos so you can really capture those special moments. Remember, please always ask others for permission to share online. If you do take pictures and are happy for us to share, please send them to us as we would love to see them.
*How do you safeguard the children?
At Just 4 Kids, we take safety seriously. Therefore, all of our enteratainers hold an up-to-date DBS to ensure have passed the rules necessary to work with children. We offer full training to ensure that all of our performers work to our high-standard.
*Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have public liability insurance. As you're inviting people's children to your party, we want to make sure you can 100% relax and just get on with enjoying the day! Click here to view our certificate.
*Can siblings of the guests join in with the activities?
Yes. They can join in any of the main games etc with the invited guests. However, for some activities such as arts and crafts and bracelet making, please let us know the total number of guests and siblings so that we bring enough of everything to accommodate the additional siblings.
*Can I pay for the party in installments?
Definitely. We want to make sure all of our packages are accessible for all and are happy to split the cost over a set time period to keep it more manageable for you.
*Can I hold the party at my home or do your entertainers require a venue such as a village hall?
We are very flexible and happy to host your party in any sized venue. However, we do require access to a power source.
*Can I hold the party outside?
Yes. As long as there is an alternative space should there be poor weather conditions, to not only ensure that everyone is safe and our equipment/costumes are protected. In the event of hot and sunny weather, shade for the entertainer and the children must be provided throughout the duration of the party.
*Can I request a specific entertainer for my child's party?
Yes you can. We will do our best to provide you with your chosen entertainer. However, this dependant on their availability on your chosen date.
*Is my deposit refundable if I have to cancel the party?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds of deposits paid if you choose to cancel a booking.
*Do you provide the party food, drinks, decorations, party bags, tableware or cake?
No. We only provide high-quality entertainment and equipment needed for each activity we run. We do have recommended local suppliers, so please ask if you would like any suggestions.
*What characters can I choose from?
Depending on availability, we have the following characters that can host the party:
-Princesses : Elsa, Anna, Belle, Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel, Rapunzel, Unicorn Princess
-Movie/TV/Computer characters: Mirabel, Bat Girl, Superman, Super Girl, Jedi from Star Wars, Gabby from Gabby's Dollhouse, Wizard from Harry Potter, Jessie from Toy Story, Alex from Minecraft, Tinkerbell, Miraculous Ladybug, Spiderman (please note: Spiderman can only host our 1 hour packages due to costume restrictions), Spider Gwen (female Ghost Spider from the Spider multiverse)
-Other characters: a fairy, a friendly clown, safari explorer, pirate, dinosaur hunter, a witch/wizard
